Planning your visit
If you want quiet, start with the temples. Wat Mangkon Kamalawat is about three minutes away. If you want food, the markets are the place to go. The mall called I’m Chinatown is about three minutes away too, so you can combine a temple visit with a stop there.
Take a little water and allow time to look around. Many of the places are small, and the walk between them is short but can be busy.
